Hey, it's alright Abu. [Abu settles down, somewhat mollified, although he's still eying Flynn with distrust] So, what's your name? You been here long?

Flynn Rider. And I guess this would be two months on this wonderful boat I never asked to be on.

Unfortunately. Apparently some people don't seem to realize stealing isn't the worst thing a man can do with his life.

A thief? But why... [Aladdin looks a little unsettled at this. If stealing was enough to make you an inmate...then why was Aladdin a Warden and not an Inmate?]

What did you steal?

A lot of stuff. Most recently, I swiped a crown of the lost princess out from under the noses of the palace guards.

Because when I sold it, I'd have enough money to fund my early retirement.

[well, that's a little different from just stealing what you needed to to survive]

But you didn't need to, right? Kinda risky, don't you think? Royalty don't really take it well if you steal from them.

Nope, but it was worth it. Until I ended up here, anyway, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't the palace guards who caught me.

How exactly is it worth it if you ended up here? Can't imagine you had much time to do any retiring.
